About Tracy

I have always been interested in the way the body can heal itself given proper therapy. So pursuing a career where I assist the body in healing is naturally where my curiosity brought me. After successfully graduating from the massage therapy program at CDI College in 2003, I went on to earn my license and registration through the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and started my career as a registered massage therapist.

My interests have guided me to continue my studies with advanced courses in, Scapular Release, Deep Tissue Release, Sports Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Cupping Techniques, Graston Techniques, and Craniosacral Therapy. I took a special interest in Myofascial Release Therapy and Graston Technique Therapy adapting these techniques into my treatments.
